In the Room
We stayed on first floor people above us had kids that did alot of running and jumping full breakfast listed on sight was not
No pool, nowhere to sit outside and enjoy beautiful weather
uncomfortable, beds not queen more like full size, maid left sand in beds and on floor, not good place for people with young children, way too small and safety hazards
Close to bus stop and easy to find, staff were also very helpfull
Price rumpled considerably on a Saturday night but that's the same everywhere
The public computer was broken (which i know happens from time to time) and the ladies in the officer were very helpful when i needed things printed as they would do it for me with no problme.
We had to supply our own bath soap and toilet paper because at times they only left half a roll of toilet paper and 1 little bar of bath soap after cleaning up and this was for 4 people. There was no buzzer outside the office to notify the desk clerk you needed something when the lobby door was locked so there was no way to check out other than to leave the door keys to my room in the room so now i wont know if they charged me an extra day even though we left very early until i get my credit card bill, even though i wanted to pay cash but couldn't.
Preis-value is very good!
The breakfast room is too small.
Convenient to my convention / ecsd location and breakfast room was very clean.
Ants in my room....mainly by the door and air conditioning....did not bother me, but may be an issue for others. Also refrigerator is unplugged and when opened, made me gag...I Could not use it for the evening. Staff needs to be aware of unplugging utilities.
The modern room design and amenities. The almost 24 hour coffee. The availability of the pool. The privacy of the room. The continental breakfast was fine.
Everything was satisfactory, except the price. I understand during comic- con everything is extorted! One other suggestion; Instead of soggy, plastic feeling eggo waffles, maybe they should invest I n a waffle iron with the tasty waffle batter that econo lodge in carlsbad offers. ( Not promoting hotel )
The personal on the reception was very friendly.I liked the room, because it had a microwell and a refrigarator, fantastic.
perfect location for my visit.....the evening clerk checked me in at 1:30 a.m. on Friday and was very helpful, courteous and friendly.....
Great value for the money. Very helpful staff. Location, location, location! Close to Pacific Beach and the 5 freeway. You can print your boarding pass in the reception area. Our room had a fridge. Again, great value for the price.
Bed and some of the furniture could have been cleaner.
The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
To say the least the queen double was too crowded it needed more walk space between the beds and the dresser stand. The room rate was much too high for this type of room and surroundings for a 2--3 star hotel. We were unfortunate to have picked that weekend to be in SanDiego to have a Family reunion. $497.00 for two nights was robbery in the least. $125.00 per night would have been more accurate. It's a shame the hotels can gouge the public like that. Would certainly not book during any special event even though it wasn't what you were there for.
Chipotle had $1.50 tacos across the street and the staff were sooo friendly hope we can stay again
Their was rust stains in the sink and in the bathroom there was a hole in the white bottom part of the bathtub there werent enough large or any large towels, the bath towels were tooo small the carpet looked dirty and the comforter had a gross brown looked like blood stain on the underside of it also for breakfast there should have been wheat and white bread but there was only white.
For what u pay its good hotel. Not the best but u get what u pay for the rooms are clea and service is good to come clean them everyday. It is by a road so u can hear the cars but not something horrible only if u pay attention for it but its a nice hotel not far from the beach or the highway so u can get to anywhere from the pretty quick and its an easy to find plane withought it being crowded so if ur looking fro decet price and good quality I would defenetly recommend this hotel
The house-keeping staff was wonderful...
The frond desk staff was horrible...
